Drop a photo and get back a version that’s safe to share: faces and license plates blurred, hidden GPS location and phone details removed, and resized for social media or email.
Everything — face detection, blurring, removing hidden data, resizing — happens inside your browser. There is no upload and nothing is stored. It even works in airplane mode once this page has loaded.
Photos, screenshots or PDFs — one or many. Ctrl+V pastes a screenshot.
JPG · PNG · WebP · HEIC · screenshots · PDF — up to 40 files
Faces are blurred automatically. Tap a box to blur or unblur it, or draw a box over anything else.
Street signs, house numbers, names, emails and phone numbers in screenshots.
Hides street details, house fronts and room clutter behind you.
Drag the slider to compare. Zoom in and check — automatic detection can miss a face, a plate or small text.
SafePost is a helper, not a guarantee. Blurring can miss a face or detail, so look over the result before you post.
Most people check how they look in a photo — not what else it gives away.
Phones store exact GPS coordinates inside photos — accurate to a few meters.
✓ SafePost removes itThe exact date and time, plus posting in real time, shows when your home is empty.
✓ Date removed — post laterMake, model and sometimes a serial number that links your photos across accounts.
✓ Device details removedFaces, names on jerseys and school logos tell strangers where children spend their day.
✓ Blur faces & logosHouse numbers, street signs, and the view from your window can be matched on a map.
✓ Find & blur textA license plate in a driveway or parking-lot photo can be linked back to you.
✓ Plate detectionBoarding-pass barcodes, tickets, ID cards and parcel labels contain names and booking codes.
✓ Black-box themMonitors, phone screens, mirrors and sunglasses can show more than you meant to.
✓ Draw a boxMost “remove metadata” websites ask you to upload your photo to their server — which is exactly what you were trying to avoid. SafePost works differently: the page downloads the tools once, then every step runs inside your own browser. Face detection, blurring, metadata removal, resizing and compression all happen on your phone or computer. There is no upload, no account and no storage.
Screenshots of chats, receipts and order confirmations often contain names, emails, phone numbers and addresses. SafePost’s text finder highlights them so you can blur them in a tap. For PDFs, each page is rendered on your device, cleaned, and rebuilt as a new PDF — which also drops hidden text layers, comments, form data and author information.
Add up to 40 photos at once. Review each one, then download them all as a ZIP. Photos are renamed (safe-photo-1.jpg…) because original file names often contain dates or names.
No. SafePost runs entirely in your browser. The page downloads its code and AI models from public CDNs, but your photos, screenshots and PDFs are processed on your device and never sent to any server — you can even turn on airplane mode after the page loads.
Yes — free, no sign-up, no watermark and no limits. It costs nothing to run because your device does the work.
No tool can promise that. Automatic detection can miss a face, a plate or small text, and things like a distinctive building, tattoo or the view from a window can still give clues. Always check the before/after preview, use Draw a box for anything that was missed, and only post what you are comfortable with.
All three destroy the detail rather than hiding it, so they cannot be “un-blurred”. A black box is the safest for text such as names, numbers and addresses. Blur looks most natural on faces.
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC (on iPhone/Safari), plus screenshots and PDFs. You can save as JPG, WebP or PNG.
Your photos never leave your device. SafePost processes photos, screenshots and PDFs entirely in your browser. OneClickTools does not receive, upload or store them. The page downloads its code and on-device AI models from public content networks (jsDelivr, cdnjs, Google’s MediaPipe model storage); only anonymous page-usage counts are recorded, never images or their contents.
Provided as-is. Automatic detection of faces, license plates and text can miss things, and no tool can make a photo 100% anonymous. Always check the before-and-after preview before posting, and respect other people’s privacy and the law where you live. See the terms.
