By accessing or using OneClickTools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Disclaimers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

2What We Provide
OneClickTools offers a collection of free, AI-powered tools designed for everyday productivity. Our current tools include:

3AI Detection Disclaimer
Our AI Image Detector and AI Video Detector tools use machine learning models to estimate the likelihood that a piece of media was generated by artificial intelligence. These tools are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
Accuracy Limitations
AI detection is an evolving and inherently uncertain field. Our tools operate within the following approximate accuracy ranges:
- AI Image Detection: approximately 70–80% accuracy
- AI Video Detection: approximately 50–70% accuracy
These figures are estimates and can vary depending on the content, the AI model that generated it, resolution, compression, and many other factors. Accuracy may be lower for heavily edited, compressed, or unconventional content.
AI detection results from OneClickTools should never be used as the sole or primary basis for:
- Legal proceedings — including lawsuits, disputes, or regulatory actions
- Journalism — without independent verification from other sources and methods
- Hiring or employment decisions — including screening candidates or evaluating submitted work
- Courtroom evidence — our results do not constitute forensic analysis and are not admissible as expert testimony
A "likely AI-generated" result does not prove that content is AI-made. A "likely authentic" result does not prove that content is human-made. Both false positives and false negatives occur regularly.
If you need reliable AI detection for any consequential decision, consult a qualified forensic analyst or use multiple independent detection methods.
By using our AI detection tools, you acknowledge these limitations and agree not to hold OneClickTools responsible for any decisions made based on detection results.
4User Responsibilities
When using OneClickTools, you agree to the following:
- Content rights: Only upload or submit content that you own or have the right to use. Do not upload copyrighted material without authorization.
- Lawful use: Do not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, abusive, or explicitly prohibited content.
- No scraping or abuse: Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service.
- Respect others' privacy: Do not upload content containing personal information of others without their consent, including private images, videos, or documents.
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these responsibilities.
5Privacy & Data Handling
We take your privacy seriously. Here is how we handle your data:
- Processing: Files and content you upload are sent to Google Gemini for AI processing. We do not store your uploads on our servers — they are deleted immediately after processing.
- Analytics: We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as tool usage counts) to improve the Service. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored.
- No data sales: We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
- Third-party terms: Because content is processed through Google Gemini, Google's terms and privacy policies also apply. Please review Google Gemini's Terms of Service for details on how Google handles data sent through their API.
6Summarization Tool Limitations
Our summarization tools use AI to generate condensed versions of content. While useful, AI-generated summaries have inherent limitations:
- Hallucination: AI models can occasionally generate information that is not present in the source material or that is factually incorrect. Always verify critical details against the original content.
- Omissions: Summaries may miss important nuances, context, or details from the original content.
- Interpretation: The AI's interpretation of ambiguous or complex content may differ from the author's intent.
Do not rely on AI-generated summaries for medical, legal, or financial decisions. Always consult qualified professionals and refer to original source materials when making important decisions.
7Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you upload to OneClickTools. We do not claim ownership over any files, text, images, videos, or other materials you submit.
You also retain ownership of the outputs generated by our tools (summaries, detection results, etc.). You are free to use these outputs however you wish, subject to the limitations and disclaimers described in these terms.
The OneClickTools name, logo, design, and website content are the property of OneClickTools and may not be reproduced without permission.
8Service Availability
OneClickTools is provided as a free service. We do our best to keep the Service running smoothly, but we make no guarantees regarding:
- Uptime or availability
- Response times or processing speeds
- Continuity of any particular tool or feature
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or changes to the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
